Am I a candidate?
We recommend allowing our highly qualified providers to assess and provide guidance about whether you are a candidate or not for services or treatments. If we cannot help, a referral to a specialist may be recommended.
Do I need an appointment?
It's best and recommended to make an appointment for services, however, if you would like to get a vitamin injection we accommodate walk-ins. However, we recommend always calling ahead so we can best accommodate.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 10am – 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Saturday from 10am-4pm. Closed on Sunday and Closed on Wednesday.
What type of payment method do you accept?
We accept cash, debit / credit / cards, FSA/HSA.
How do I know if I have this deficiency?
Please use our "Send us a message" or take one of assessment checklists: "Let our providers help you assess if our services are right for you” or "Pre-Appointment-Free checklist 10 signs of problem and desired outcomes" and our provider will help guide you.
Do I need to come to clinic and how often?
Depending on the kind of service, we offer "telehealth service" for those that qualify. We also guide and offer "At home self-injection program" for Testosterone replacement therapy.
How soon can I see results?

No, IV infusion therapy is not painful. We use very small needles that only cause minor discomfort.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance as most of the services rendered are not covered by insurance.
Can I get reimbursement through my insurance?
You may attempt to get reimbursement through your insurance, however it is ultimately up to your insurance provider.
How long is the program?
You can utilize wellness care services and wellness counseling for as long as you feel you need it. Let our health care provider assist you to determine a plan of care that works for your goal.
If I'm receiving services through another provider, is it difficult to switch?
No, but we would require obtaining medical records from your current provider in other to better serve your needs and to facilitate smooth flow continuity of your care.
What are the treatment options?
So as to give you the best options and to customize your care, we offer varieties of treatment options both commercially available and compounded products. Route of admiration include tablet, sublingual, troche, Injections, cream, and many more.
How can I get started with the weight loss program?
To begin the weight loss program, please contact us and schedule a consultation with one of our professional providers who are experts in obesity / weight loss management. During the consultation, our provider will assess your eligibility, discuss various treatment options, and develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your goal and specific needs.
What else should I be doing while on weight loss treatment? Are there any lifestyle changes required along with medication use?
